'Fans had no idea what was going on' - but Gerrard refuses to blame VAR for Villa's FA Cup exit

Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard accepted VAR's decision to rule out an equaliser for his side, but many watching the FA Cup defeat to Manchester United from home were left confused.
