'Incredible situation' - Tudor defends decision to substitute Kinsky

Tottenham manager Igor Tudor insists his decision to substitute Antonin Kinsky after 17 minutes was taken to "protect" the team, with Tottenham already 3-0 down to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
